What am I actually receiving by subscribing to your website?

By subscribing to this website, you are gaining access to our most up-to-date online HSC resources, which have been composed by several of the state’s top achievers in each course, as well as teachers and a current Head of Department. These resources are primarily in the written form, however over time videos and podcasts may be added as useful complements. 

Our resources provide the most comprehensive material (including analysis, structures, templates and exemplar responses) for each course, text and module. Our resources have been written in the most practical way possible; almost every sentence of analysis is already in essay form and each resource comes with several exemplar responses written by former state rank achievers.

Do you have any free samples that I can see before I subscribe?

How do I view the resources after subscribing?

Once subscribed, please log in to your account then click on either the IMAGE of the text or module you wish to open or click the VIEW button. Disregard any ‘Buy Now’ buttons if you have already bought the resource.

Once I open the resource, some of the materials are not loading.
What can I do?

If a resource, or part thereof, does not load after opening the correct page, please try refreshing the page and then waiting 60 seconds. If the resource still not load, log out and then log back in. If that alternative is unsuccessful, please try opening the resource on another device or using a different source of internet. Please email us directly if problems persist.

My credit card details have changed. How do I update these?

Step 1: Click the “My Account” tab, which can be seen if you either hover your mouse over the “LOG IN” button (desktop users) or expand the “LOG IN” button by clicking the “+” to the right of the text (mobile users). 

Step 2: From there, click the “subscriptions” tab, and under “Actions”, click “Update”. This will allow you to enter in your new credit card details.

 

How do I change my subscription package?

Step 1: Click the “My Account” tab, which can be seen if you either hover your mouse over the “LOG IN” button (desktop users) or expand the “LOG IN” button by clicking the “+” to the right of the text (mobile users). 

Step 2: From there, click the “subscriptions” tab, and under “Actions”, you will see the options to either remove an existing subscription package or add a new one. Adding a new subscription package will not replace any other packages of which you are already a member.

Step 3: When prompted, re-enter your personal details and credit card information. Upon completion, the new subscription will be activated. 

How do I change my password?

Step 1: Click the “My Account” tab, which can be seen if you either hover your mouse over the “LOG IN” button (desktop users) or expand the “LOG IN” button by clicking the “+” to the right of the text (mobile users). This should direct you to the “Home” tab of the “My Account” section.

Step 2: Click “Change Password” at the bottom of page titled “Home” within the “My Account” section and then follow the prompts.

 

How do I contact you if I have an issue?

For any issues that you need our assistance with please email us at ignitehsc@gmail.com and type “HELP” followed by the type of issue as the SUBJECT of the email. You can do this now by clicking here.

Do you offer any additional services such as face-to-face tutoring
or essay marking?

In the ordinary course of business we do not offer face-to-face tutoring or marking as a service. However, we may run small group workshops throughout the year, which have proven greatly successful for students in the past. To receive information relating to these workshops please see the ‘Workshops’ tab on the website.
